If you're looking to deepen your Arabic language skills while engaging seriously with international relations, Middle Eastern politics, and North African culture, the WorldStrides Global Campus in Meknes offers one of the most immersive and academically rigorous semester programs available. Your semester begins with a multi-day orientation that takes you through Casablanca, Marrakesh, and the Atlas Mountains before you settle into life in Meknes. From there, you'll enroll in four to five courses per semester, with the option to add Darija (Moroccan Arabic) as a sixth course. All Arabic language placements are determined by an on-site placement exam, ensuring you're appropriately challenged. Coursework spans disciplines including history, anthropology, political science, and linguistics, with select courses offering an optional honors component for students seeking deeper faculty mentorship and independent research.
