This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees paid by study abroad providers for access to Volkina’s premium services. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription PlansVolkina offers the following monthly subscription plans for providers:
Plan Monthly Price Features Free $0 Claim provider profile, limited visibility Verified $99/month Full profile editing, program management, verified badge Featured $199/month Everything in Verified, plus improved placement and visibility Elite $299/month Everything in Featured, plus premium placement across key pages 2. Billing CycleAll paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Your billing cycle begins on the date of your initial subscription and renews on the same date each month.
3. CancellationYou may cancel your subscription at any time through your Provider Dashboard under Account Settings. Upon cancellation:

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Service DisruptionsIn the event of a significant, sustained service disruption caused by Volkina (exceeding 72 continuous hours), affected subscribers may be eligible for a prorated credit applied to their next billing cycle. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
8. DisputesIf you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension pending investigation.
9. Changes to This PolicyVolkina reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.
