Welcome to Volkina. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to the Volkina website and all associated services.
• “Provider” refers to any study abroad organization listed on the platform.
• “User” or “Visitor” refers to any individual browsing or interacting with the platform.
• “Subscriber” refers to a Provider with an active paid subscription plan.

2. Use of the Platform

Volkina is a directory and marketplace for study abroad programs. We connect students with providers but do not directly offer, manage, or guarantee any study abroad program. Users must be at least 16 years of age to submit inquiries or create accounts.

3. Account Registration

Providers must register for an account and may claim an existing profile or create a new listing, subject to admin approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Provider Listings

Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their listings. Volkina reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to inaccurate information, misleading claims, or violation of these terms.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Provider subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Volkina to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Plan details and pricing are published on our website and may be updated with reasonable notice.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may submit reviews, inquiries, and other content through the platform. By submitting content, you grant Volkina a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. All reviews are subject to admin approval before publication. You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software on the Volkina platform are the property of Volkina or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Providers retain ownership of their own submitted content but grant Volkina a license to display it as described above.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Volkina does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any provider, program, or third-party service listed on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volkina and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any provider’s services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Volkina in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volkina from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications

Volkina reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
