Over 12 weeks, you will be placed with a real Irish organization in your field of interest, working 32 to 40 hours per week alongside local professionals. If you need more credits, you can upgrade to AIFS299 (6 credits, $600) or add AIFS301: Global Leadership and Workforce Development or AIFS302: Intercultural Communications in a Global Workplace (each 3 credits, $600). All credits are issued on an official transcript with letter grades from Fairfield University, AIFS's School of Record, and your home university advisor determines how they transfer.
