You'll live in a secure student residence apartment with en-suite bathrooms, shared kitchen, washer/dryer, and 24/7 on-site support in a building featuring a cinema, BBQ terrace, and games room. Internet is included, and you'll have a vibrant community of fellow interns to build friendships with. Cultural immersion is built into your program fee. Participate in weekly social events and activities including tropical dance lessons, tours of the Teatro Nacional, visits to indigenous reserves, Costa Rican cooking classes, and language exchange programs with local students. Your program includes three major excursions: a 3-day trip to Arenal Volcano with hot springs and zip-lining in Monteverde Cloud Forest, a 3-day adventure to Manuel Antonio National Park for hiking and beach exploration, and a day trip to Poás Volcano with coffee tours and artisan towns. An optional 2-day Sarapiquí excursion offers rafting, guided night hikes, and chocolate-making demonstrations.

The program is open to high school graduates through non-students and accepts candidates across all academic levels. Optional round-trip flights from 25 U.S. gateways are available, with airport transfers included.
