Before your placement is confirmed, you'll interview with your future manager via phone or Zoom, ensuring a strong fit. Beyond your internship, you'll participate in an award-winning Global Career Readiness Program featuring the CliftonStrengthsFinder assessment, one-on-one career coaching, interview preparation, and on-site networking events. You'll also earn an optional 3-credit International Internship course through Fairfield University, allowing you to access financial aid and gain credits toward graduation—essential if your home institution requires credit for internships.

The program includes a 2-day Moravia excursion (wine country, castles, museums, and cave complexes), optional 3-day trips to Kraków and Auschwitz-Birkenau, and a 2-day Czech spa town experience. Weekly cultural activities—welcome dinners, walking tours of Old Town and Charles Bridge, Prague Castle visits, ballet and concert performances, and volunteer opportunities—help you integrate into the vibrant local community.
