About Full-Time Reservations Manager Program
Travel for Teens is seeking a Full-Time Reservations Manager to join their User Experience team — the backbone of their highly rated teen travel programs. This is a remote-friendly, entry-level full-time position that can be performed from anywhere in the world, provided you have reliable internet and phone connectivity. If you are passionate about travel, love working with teenagers, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, this role could be an exciting career opportunity.
In this position, you will serve as a key support resource for more experienced itinerary planners, helping to build, maintain, and refine travel programs for teen participants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include compiling feedback on programs and itineraries, managing client outreach, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and handling all aspects of reservations planning and communication. You will also be responsible for calling and emailing potential partners and vendors in various destinations, keeping the broader team informed about travel-related challenges and recommended solutions.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned, independent traveler who understands how cultural nuances affect logistics, communication, and itinerary development. You should have direct experience working with teenagers and a demonstrated ability to manage your time effectively — especially during the busy summer season, when you must be available to work and travel full-time. A university degree is preferred, and fluency in English plus proficiency in at least one additional language is highly valued.
Beyond reservations support, you will respond to itinerary-related inquiries with professionalism, secure and retain new vendor and partner relationships, and contribute to staff training and leadership initiatives. Bonus skills include blogging, photography, and itinerary-building experience. This role requires the ability to work 40 hours per week outside of summer, maintain a consistently positive attitude, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
